As soon as you place your order you will always receive an e-mail with the purchase confirmation, the delivery details and the link where you can track your order. You can return the products you want from your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products and we will issue a refund.


You can have a thousand reasons to make a return, the important thing is that the products to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were received; unopened and with the original packaging and box.

The packs cannot be divided for return, so it is necessary to return the whole pack.
